Sauna & steam room – Safe to use and encouraged, as sweating supports the treatment process.
Sunbeds – Avoid for 24 hours after treatment.
Spray tans – Avoid for 24 hours post-treatment.
Limit caffeine – Try to reduce caffeine intake for one week. If you do consume caffeinated beverages, balance each one with a glass of water.
Diet matters – Follow a low-fat, low-carbohydrate diet for 7 days. Avoid eating carbohydrates after 7 PM.
Be mindful of food choices – Steer clear of excessive saturated fats and high-carb foods for a week, as they can interfere with treatment results by encouraging fat cell retention. A balanced, nutritious diet will help achieve the best outcome.
Who can't have lemon bottle?
Lemon Bottle treatment is not suitable for individuals who:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are under 18 years of age
Have known allergies to any of the ingredients or excipients in the product
Have lipodystrophy or lipoedema
Have liver or kidney disease
Are diabetic
Have thyroid conditions
