Nourish has an amazing range of classes to suit everyone; the pilates classes are on mat so I wasn’t sure how effective they would be but they are more challenging and have given me better results than reformer Pilates! The barre class is another great one and Courtney is a fantastic instructor who pushes you through the class with great energy and great music. That being said, all of the instructors I have met are really friendly and pay attention to every single person in their class to correct them where needed which is great. Nourish feels more like a community than a workout space so I would definitely recommend it to anybody wanting to get into yoga, barre or pilates.

I have attended 4 classes and will be signing up for them again. Accessible location in town, welcoming atmosphere , friendly classes led by knowledgeable instructors.

The location is brilliant and the facilities are amazing, although sometimes a little too warm.

I live in London but always look forward to visiting Nourish Yoga whenever I'm in Taunton. I can honestly say it's one of my favourite studio's. The teachers are outstanding, the atmosphere is very friendly and I always feel a great sense of calm as soon as I enter the studio. I really enjoy all the classes and there is a very varied schedule. I highly recommend this studio.

A lovely studio offering a variety of classes that really focus on wellness rather than results. The memberships are expensive - that would be my only issue, but I think the quality of the studio and the teaching is excellent.

I have found Nourish gave me a warm welcome. Everyone smiles and chats as soon as you come in. The yoga classes have sorted my chronic lower back pain out which I though I was stuck with. Teachers are really skilled and great mix. I've only given 4 not 5 stars as the space is quite small and I'd love more Saturday and Sunday classes.

The studio is beautiful, class leaders are supportive, knowledgeable and understanding. Everyone is friendly and I love the holistic element. In such a short time I feel stronger physically and calmer mentally! Thank you - so pleased I found Nourish!
