Nourish has an amazing range of classes to suit everyone; the pilates classes are on mat so I wasn’t sure how effective they would be but they are more challenging and have given me better results than reformer Pilates! The barre class is another great one and Courtney is a fantastic instructor who pushes you through the class with great energy and great music. That being said, all of the instructors I have met are really friendly and pay attention to every single person in their class to correct them where needed which is great. I can honestly say it's one of my favourite studio's. The teachers are outstanding, the atmosphere is very friendly and I always feel a great sense of calm as soon as I enter the studio.
